The Operations and Support team at New Caney ISD is responsible for ensuring efficient district operations and enhancing student services through technology and health initiatives. This team oversees logistics, benefits management, special education, and digital learning, while also managing procurement and quality assurance systems. Their collaborative efforts ensure that the infrastructure and support systems adequately meet the needs of over 15,000 students and 2,200 employees in a rapidly growing educational environment.
