John Cline

John joined NCP in 2020. Prior to joining NCP, John spent nearly 30 years working for private equity-backed health care companies in various operating roles, including Director of Marketing and Account Services with Complete Health Services (managed care), CEO of Viva Health (managed care), President of Electronic Healthcare Systems (software), Founder and CEO of Community Hospices of America, President of Business Development of Hospice Compassus, CEO of STX Healthcare (dental service organization), and Executive Chairman of Hospice Partners of America. John also spent 4 years with Deloitte in auditing and consulting.

John has served on numerous boards of investor-backed companies including Viva Health, Revnet (B2B software), Electronic Healthcare Systems, Entegreat (consulting), Community Hospices of America, CLP Healthcare/Hospice Compassus, STX Healthcare, Hospice Partners of America, and Care Hospice.

John holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler and a BS in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
