Joseph Jones serves as the Superintendent of the New Castle County Vocational-Technical School District since July 2019, previously holding the position of Director of Assessment and Accountability from July 2013 to July 2019. Prior to this, Joseph served as Principal at Delcastle Technical High School within the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District from 2005 to 2013. Joseph Jones earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Delaware.
