Dennis Heiss currently serves as the Director of RPA at New Charter Technologies, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Dennis spent nearly a decade at Mike Collins & Associates (MCA) as the Director of Digital Transformation, where responsibilities included enhancing client processes through automation and AI technologies. Dennis also held roles at MCA as Director of Support Desk Services and Technical Services Manager, focusing on support desk development and team management. Earlier experience includes managing infrastructure at Covenant Transportation Group and serving as a Network Administrator at Astec, Inc. Dennis holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryan College and an AAS in Mechanical Engineering from Chattanooga State Technical Community College.
