Michael Condelli has over a decade of experience in the construction and home building industry, currently serving as General Manager at New Choice Homes since October 2009, where responsibilities include managing resources and enhancing organizational performance. Prior roles include Estimating Manager at Sovereign Building Company Pty Ltd, where Michael established the estimating function and supply chain management, and Estimating & Scheduling Manager at Endeavour Homes Pty Ltd, contributing to the development of estimating, scheduling, and purchasing functions. Michael's expertise extends to vendor relationship management and purchasing activities from earlier experience as a Scheduling & Purchasing Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from Curtin University, a Certificate I in Building Design and Drafting from Central Institute of Technology, and a Diploma of Building and Construction from Everthought Education.
