Alexandra Voutsina is a seasoned professional in customer experience strategy and design, currently serving as a Senior CX Strategist & Designer at New Commercial Arts since January 2022. Prior to this role, Alexandra held various positions at Fjord, part of Accenture Song, from September 2017 to January 2022, progressing from Designer Intern to Senior Service and Interaction Designer. Alexandra holds a Master’s Degree in Consumer Behaviour from Goldsmiths, University of London, a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the University for the Creative Arts. Additionally, Alexandra is currently pursuing further education at the University of the Arts London.
