William has over 20 years of experience as a Senior Consultant, conducting action research programs to improve the organizational effectiveness of projects and training staff on new development paradigms. William has also played a leading role in designing and facilitating workshops for government agencies on topics such as administrative reform, leadership development, and clean water access.

William Smith's educational career includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Sysems Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
