Inja Radman is the Co-Founder and CSO of New Culture. Prior to that, they were a Project Coordinator and Technology Trainer at Madanyu Social Enterprise, where they brought computer science education using Raspberry Pi to secondary schools in Inhambane, Mozambique. Inja also trained ~40 STEM secondary school teachers (reach ~ 4000 students) in Inhambane, Mozambique, to facilitate their classes using Raspberry Pi.
Inja has a PhD from MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB), where they studied the roles of individual neurons in the command chain of forward vs. backward motor circuitry in nematode C. elegans.
Inja has also worked as a Consultant at Concentra Analytics and as a Founder at Malaika Social Enterprise.
Inja Radman holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge, a Master’s Degree in Biophysics and Protein Structure from ETH Zürich, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu.
They work with Priya Kumar - Director, Marketing & Communications, Patrick Stoddard - Lead Scientist, DSP R&D, and Benjamin Freedman - Chief of Staff. Inja Radman reports to Matt Gibson, CEO & Co-Founder.
