Kristen Baker

Kristen Baker is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in housing stability and social work. Currently serving as the Director of Housing Stability Services at New Destiny Housing Corporation since January 2023, Kristen previously held the position of Senior Financial Coach at The Financial Clinic from October 2015 to November 2018. Prior roles include Social Worker at Freedom House Domestic Violence Shelter and East River Development Alliance. Kristen's background also features leadership within healthcare and community organizations, such as serving as Laboratory Manager at Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University and as a board member for Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic. Kristen holds a Master of Social Work from Lehman College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purchase College, SUNY.
