Jordyn Niederhiser, M.S., BCBA, has a robust background in Applied Behavior Analysis with significant experience in Autism care management and behavioral therapy. As an Autism Care Manager at Lucet from July 2021 to April 2024, Jordyn was responsible for overseeing Autism-related care. Prior to this role, experience as a Clinical Supervisor and Registered Behavior Technician at ENGAGE Behavioral Health from August 2016 to July 2021 involved conducting direct therapy and collecting data across various settings. Early career roles as a Behavioral Therapist at LOGAN Autism Learning Center and WoodsEdge Learning Center included working directly with children with developmental disabilities, utilizing techniques such as errorless learning and Discrete Trial Training. Academically, Jordyn holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Behavioral Science Psychology from Western Michigan University.
