Pamela Smiley

Pamela Smiley, MBA, HA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Provider Relations at New Directions Behavioral Health, where strategic growth initiatives have expanded coverage across a four-state territory. Previously, Pamela held the position of Director of Physician Services at HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group, overseeing daily operations and contract negotiations while managing a large team. As Regional Vice President of Operations at Nova Medical Centers, Pamela led 24 clinics to achieve significant revenue targets. Prior experience includes Director of Operations & Compliance at Jacksonville ENT Surgery, where the transition to electronic medical records was successfully executed, and Clinical Educator at UF Health Jacksonville, focusing on training healthcare providers across various specialties. Pamela holds an MBA in Health Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in HR Organizational Management from Edward Waters University.
