Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson has over 35 years of experience in the Information Technology and Digital Talent Solutions industry. Tom began their professional career in 1983 as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager for TAC Worldwide Companies / Tech Aid - (Advantage Technical Resourcing). In 1985, they joined The Judge Group (Judge Technical Services) and held various roles, including Vice-President of National & New England Operations, Vice President of National Accounts, and Manager of Engineering Services. In 1996, they became a Vice President and Partner for OnLine Technology Partners, where they were responsible for the start-up of national and regional IT and software contract staff augmentation and consulting services. In 1998, they moved to SQA, (Software Quality Associates), where they were Vice President and Partner and responsible for the start-up of the national services division. In 2004, they joined New Directions, Staffing Services as President of Information Technology Staffing and a Founding Member. In this role, they were responsible for project staff augmentation and direct hire search services for Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and & Data Science; Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps; Enterprise & Web Applications Design & Development; Digital & Creative; and Enterprise Software.

Tom Anderson completed their undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rhode Island College in 1983. Prior to that, they attended Roger Ludlowe from 1976 to 1979. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Mud Hole Custom Tackle Rod Builder in 2014, Leadership Training for Managers from Dale Carnegie Training, Level IV Certified Ice Hockey Coach from USA Hockey, and Sales Management from Sandler Training.
