Clinical Services Director at New Directions

Alicia Wieczorek has worked in various roles since 2000. Alicia began their career as an Intake/Clinical Therapist and Assistant Branch Director at Child and Adolescent Treatment Services. In 2010, they took on the role of Solution Focused Therapist at KenTon Family Support Center. In 2012, they became a Reiki Master and Teacher at Private Practice Reiki Therapy. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Kaleida Health as a School Based Health Social Work Supervisor Per Diem and Assistant Program Manager. Most recently, they have been the Clinical Services Director at New Directions Youth and Family Services, where they are responsible for the implementation of Article 29-I Health Facility License for out of home placement and Clinical Supervision for social work and nursing services.

Alicia Wieczorek obtained a Masters in Social Work from the University at Buffalo between 1998 and 2000. Alicia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Buffalo State University, which they obtained between 1994 and 1997. In addition, Alicia Wieczorek has obtained certifications in LCSW-R, Six Sigma, and is a Dale Carnegie Scholarship Winner and Teacher.
