Community Support Team

The Community Support Team at New Directions focuses on providing comprehensive assistance to youth and families in crisis. Led by the Chief Operating Officer for Community Programs, the team includes Youth Mentors and Social Workers who deliver community-based treatment, and Community Support Workers who engage directly with families to offer vital resources, build strengths, and foster skills essential for adulthood.
