Nicole Davis

As Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel, Nicole assists in identifying areas of regulatory risk, oversees Investment Management Platform and Advisory Programs, aids with the design and testing of the firm’s policies and procedures, and assists with legal affairs. Nicole also acts as the compliance representative in formal committees related to new investment managers and funds.

Prior to joining NewEdge Wealth, Nicole was a Senior Lead Compliance Officer at Wells Fargo as well as the Director, Legal Counsel – Regulatory Compliance for Greystar. Prior to her employment at Greystar, Nicole worked in-house in various legal and compliance roles for NEXT Financial, LaSalle Investment Management, and GCM Grosvenor. Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Depaul University College of Law with a certificate in intellectual property. She also attended Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Business Administration/Pre-Law.

Nicole is from Elmhurst, IL, and now resides in Westport, CT. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
