Katelyn Gummere

Katelyn O'Leary-Gummere is an experienced professional in onboarding and operations, currently serving as Associate Director at New Engen, Inc. since February 2024. Prior roles include Associate Director, Onboarding and Operations at LT Partners, where responsibilities spanned from Lead Consultant to Associate Consultant from December 2019 to March 2024. Katelyn has a background in early childhood education, having worked as Office Manager and Lead Toddler Teacher at Issaquah Montessori School from 2011 to 2019. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and Administrative Management with a focus on Cyber Security-Digital Forensics from Central Washington University, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Bellevue College and an Infant and Toddler Montessori Certification from the Montessori Education Institute of the Pacific Northwest.
