Prior to this, they held various positions at Prudential Financial, including Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Prudential Advisors. Bill also served as the Deputy Chief Legal Officer for Prudential Financial Life & Annuities. Before joining Prudential, Wilcox worked at The Hartford as an Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Bill began their career at Travelers Life & Annuity, where they served as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer.
Bill Wilcox obtained their Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Connecticut between 1982 and 1986. Bill then pursued further education and completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Suffolk University Law School from 1987 to 1990.
