Veena D'Silva

Veena D'Silva is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in international education and leadership roles. Since July 2022, Veena has been serving as an NEASC Visitor at the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Simultaneously, Veena has been affiliated with the International Baccalaureate since September 2014, holding multiple roles including Chair Of Multi Programmed and/or Synchronized Visits and IBPYP Visiting Team Leader. Training has occurred in various locations such as Nepal and Singapore, enhancing skills in conducting verification visits and consulting for the IB PYP program. Veena has also made significant contributions as the Director of Research and Learning at Oberoi International School, where collaboration with IB coordinators has been pivotal. Earlier career positions include Deputy Head of Primary and PYP Coordinator at Oberoi International School, along with teaching roles in other institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education, a Certificate of International School Leadership, and dual Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Microbiology.
