Sarav Shah

Sarav Shah, MD, FAAOS, serves as the Chief of Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and Program Director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital since August 2019. In addition to leading multiple fellowship programs, Sarav Shah holds positions as the Director of Education and Director of Research within the Sports Medicine Division at the same institution. Active in professional organizations, Sarav Shah is a member of several committees, including the Sports Medicine/Arthroscopy Program Committee for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Membership Committee for the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons. Academic contributions include roles as an Assistant Clinical Professor and Clinical Instructor at Tufts University School of Medicine, alongside editorial responsibilities with Arthroscopy Journals. Sarav Shah's medical education includes an MD from Drexel University College of Medicine and a BS in Biology from Villanova University. Additionally, Sarav Shah has served as a team physician for both Buckingham Browne & Nichols School and Merrimack College.
