Joseph Wagner

Joseph Wagner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various technical and environmental roles. As the Owner and Technician at Over the Reef since November 2019, Joseph specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of specialty lab tools and equipment. Concurrently, Joseph serves as the Wetlands Agent and Enforcement Officer for the Town of Andover, CT, focusing on the enforcement of wetlands regulations and assisting the public in application processes. Past roles include Courier for New England Bioassay, Aquarium System Repair Technician for Aquatic Art Technologies, and Aviation Maintenance Technician for Air Methods. Additionally, Joseph has held positions as an Internal Auditor and Training Manager at M2 Services, as well as Aircraft Mechanic roles at both M2 Services and URS Corporation, specializing in UH-60 BlackHawk helicopters. Joseph began a career in environmental services with the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Affairs with a minor in Animal Veterinary Science from the University of Rhode Island.
