Linda Stecchi

Linda joined New England Biolabs in 2008, having held HR roles of increasing responsibility with companies in the healthcare and technology industries. Linda brings over 25 years of extensive HR experience and 18 years in leadership positions. As the Director of Human Resources for NEB, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, training and compliance. Linda is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northeast Human Resource Association.
