Natalie is senior policy manager with NECEC’s Policy and Government Affairs team. Prior to joining NECEC, Natalie served as senior policy advisor for Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM), where she managed a multi-state Building Electrification Initiative. For five years, Natalie was the executive director of C-10 Research and Education Foundation, a nonprofit focused on public health and nuclear safety. She worked for eight years at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP), where she was senior manager for public policy outreach. Natalie has also served at National Grid managing communication and energy efficiency programs, as community development director for U.S. Congressman John F. Tierney, as project coordinator for Energy & Resource Solutions, Inc. and as project associate at the Appliance Standards Awareness Project (ASAP). Natalie holds a B.A. in Environment and Public Policy from Connecticut College and an M.A. in Communication Management from Emerson College.
