Shantae Codair

Shantae Codair has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Shantae started their career as a Sales Associate at Lands' End in 2006 and later worked as a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret from 2008 to 2010. In these roles, they focused on driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

In 2010, Shantae transitioned to the banking industry and worked as a Bank Teller at Eastern Bank. Here, they handled cash transactions, processed deposits, and ensured proper recording of monetary instruments.

Shantae then worked as a Certified Home Health Aide and Nursing Assistant at Bring Care Home from 2010 to 2011, providing essential health care services to patients.

From 2011 to 2021, Shantae worked at Beverly Hospital as a Clinical/Administrative Associate. Shantae'sresponsibilities included managing and scheduling clients, registering new patients, and performing data entry tasks in medical databases.

In 2021, Shantae joined New England Donor Services as an Organ Operations Coordinator. In this role, they effectively managed customer calls, implemented new procedures to increase productivity, and maintained accurate donor records.

Currently, Shantae is working as a Program Manager at Strata Decision Technology, a position they started in June 2022.

Shantae Codair pursued their education at Southern New Hampshire University from 2022 to 2024, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In addition to their degree, Shantae holds various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2022, they completed courses in "Learning Microsoft Project" and "Project Management Foundations" through LinkedIn. Shantae also obtained a certification in "Leading Virtual Meetings" from LinkedIn in June 2022. Prior to their university education, Shantae obtained the Notary Signing Agent Certification from the National Notary Association in 2021 and became a Certified Nurse Assistant through the American Red Cross in April 2021.
