Alexa Baggio is an accomplished entrepreneur and expert in People and Operations functions, currently serving as Founder & Principal at Kolective HR since January 2020. In addition to this role, Baggio is a Guest Lecturer and Team Mentor at Brown University, where Baggio teaches customer acquisition strategies. Baggio holds a position on the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefits Council, supporting the development of employee benefits professionals. Previous ventures include founding PERKS Convention LLC and Showcase™, both focused on enhancing employee benefits access, as well as co-hosting the People Problems Podcast. Baggio's extensive experience includes a co-founding role at 2020 On-site, where significant improvements in patient experience and operations were achieved. Baggio's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Commerce, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from Brown University.
