Currently serving as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Voya Financial, Danielle supports a diverse client base of over 14.3 million individuals and institutions. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at NorthStar Insurance Services and Director of Business Operations at Universal Family Insurance, where Danielle implemented process improvements and managed financial performance. Danielle's career also includes leadership positions at Reliance Standard, Guardian Life, and Unum, where responsibilities ranged from account management to marketing consultancy. Danielle is a member of the New England Employee Benefits Council and holds a degree from UMass Boston.
