Philip Swayze, MS, CWPD, serves as the Vice President of Health & Performance and East Region Practice Leader at HUB International, where responsibilities include overseeing population health management strategy and collaborating with account managers and underwriters on client wellness initiatives. With extensive experience in the health and wellness sector, Philip has held various leadership roles, including Director of Health & Performance for HUB International New England and President of Riverside Consulting. Philip is actively involved in organizations such as the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts as Vice-Chair and serves as Co-Chair of the Workforce Mental Health Committee at the Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO). Philip holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Public Affairs from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
