Currently positioned at New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) since March 2010, Bill Smith has held roles as Chief Marketing and Retail Officer and formerly as Chief Strategy Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing retail delivery and marketing functions, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with overall entity strategies. Prior to NEFCU, Bill Smith served as Vice President of Operations at NorthCountry FCU from June 1997 to March 2010. Bill Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Vermont and completed studies at the College for Financial Planning.
