Jodie's experience at IBM from 1998 to 2015 includes roles such as Human Resources Case Manager, Human Resources Transition Manager, Recruitment Partner, and HR Partner Assistant, demonstrating a strong background in employee relations, HR transition plans, recruitment, and policy implementation. Jodie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
