Caryn Goulet

Caryn Goulet, SCP, SPHR®, serves as the Executive Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources at New England Life Care since April 2021, overseeing HR functions for over 500 staff in a leading not-for-profit home infusion organization. Previous roles include Director of Client Services at Borislow Insurance, managing employee benefits for a majority of the firm's clients, and Human Resources Manager for the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, where support was provided for health and welfare benefit administration for over 40,000 members. Caryn has held HR leadership positions in various organizations since 1990, including Cummings Properties, SigSauer, Inc., and Bull Services, contributing to employee relations, benefits management, and organizational support. Caryn holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University.
