Luke Palmer

Luke Palmer is a skilled soccer professional currently serving as the First-Team Video Analyst for New England Revolution since January 2024. Luke founded and has been the Head Coach at NewLook Soccer Academy since November 2019, specializing in personalized training sessions for youth players, developing over 40 athletes. Previous coaching roles include Head Coach for U14 & U16 teams at New England Futbol Club and U8 & U9 teams in 2023, along with a video analyst position for Dean College Men's Soccer in 2023. Experience also includes a Performance Analysis and Scouting Internship at Hartford Athletic in 2021 and serving as Girl's Head Soccer Coach at Windsor Locks Soccer Club from 2017 to 2020. A former CT State Referee for U.S. Soccer Federation, Luke holds Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Sport Management and Athletic Coaching from Dean College.
