Paul Gregory has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Head of Operations at New England Seafood since October 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Factory Manager at British Pepper and Spice from November 2020 to March 2021 and served as Head of Operations at Rich Products Corporation from February 2008 to October 2020. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as Operations Manager at Tangmere Airfield Nurseries Ltd in 2006-2007 and at Natures Way Foods from 1998 to 2006. This diverse background reflects strong leadership and operational expertise across multiple sectors.
