Lyles Mechanical Co., (LMC) expanded its capabilities in May of 2017, by acquiring key assets and facilities of New England Sheet Metal Works, Inc., (Works) one of the oldest metal fabrication and mechanical contracting companies in Central California. 

To honor the 97-year legacy of Works, its employees and the Yazijian Family, LMC changed its name to New England Sheet Metal and Mechanical Co. (NESM) and is the representative in the plumbing, HVAC, piping, and industrial market for the Lyles Construction Group of companies.
