Shenty Berrios

Shenty Berrios is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Neuco since July 2021. In this role, Shenty develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives, manages employee relations, oversees recruitment, and fosters a positive working environment. Prior to Neuco, Shenty worked at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center from May 2011 to July 2021 in various roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where support was provided to 400 staff members across HR functions, and HRIS and Compensation Analyst, focusing on HRIS system administration.
