Ben Sneider

Ben Sneider is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Legal Counsel at Index Ventures from February 2022 to July 2024, and worked as a Corporate Associate focusing on technology companies and venture capital at Goodwin from October 2019 to February 2022. Ben's experience encompasses representing companies throughout the entire corporate life-cycle, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings, as well as advising venture capital funds in their investments. An earlier career included summer associate positions at Goodwin and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Ben earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Trinity University.
