Ali Cloyd, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at New Era Cap, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Payroll, HR Compliance, and Wellness. Previously, Ali held roles such as Senior Manager and Total Rewards Manager at Emerson Hospital and Senior Benefits Specialist at SharkNinja, managing global benefits and employee relocation for over 1,000 staff across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes the position of HR Operations Supervisor, overseeing HR processes and employee benefits, and starts as a Medical Assistant at Kaleida Health. Ali earned a BBA in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University.
