Andrew Cianflone

Andrew Cianflone is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at New Era Cap since November 2017, Andrew previously held senior HR roles at Kaleida Health, Fidelis Care New York, The Home Depot, and SunPark. At Kaleida Health, the scope of responsibility included overseeing HR operations for multiple hospitals and facilities, managing union relations, and achieving ISO9001 certification. Andrew's extensive experience encompasses strategic business partnerships, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northeastern University.
