Catherine Evans

Catherine (Cathy) Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at New Era Cap since September 2014, Catherine is responsible for overseeing global strategies related to talent acquisition, development, and succession planning. Prior to this role, Catherine operated as an Independent Contractor from March to September 2014, specializing in program design, talent identification, and leadership development. Catherine's previous positions include Director of Talent Management and Senior Manager of Global Talent Development at Greatbatch, where a Corporate Talent Management function was established, and Manager of Executive Development at TJX Companies' HomeGoods Division, overseeing workforce and succession planning.
