Patrik Soderstrom is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and sales across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President EMEA/India at New Era Cap since December 2025, Patrik is also the Chairman of the Board at Baltic Lifejackets and a member of the Board of Directors at Synoptik. Patrik previously held the position of CEO at GANT from May 2016 until December 2025, after serving as Executive Vice President of Global Markets and Sales. Prior roles include Managing Director at Luxottica North Europe and Luxottica Nordic AB, as well as General Manager for Reebok’s Nordic operations. Patrik began a career in sales management at Levi Strauss & Co. and holds education credentials from IHM Business School.
