Ryan Holbrook

Ryan Holbrook is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Legal at New Era Cap since November 2017. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions as Corporate Counsel at U.S. Energy Development Corporation, where oversight included managing active litigation across multiple states and significant financial deployments. Ryan also served as Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at EmKey Energy, LLC, directing compliance and legal matters for large-scale projects. Earlier experience includes positions at Norse Energy Corp. USA and various legal internships. Ryan holds a Doctor of Law from Albany Law School, an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Public Policy from Union College.
