Steve Gallo

Steve Gallo serves as the General Manager for North America at New Era Cap since September 2023. Prior to this role, Gallo was President of OOFOS from January 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading core functions of the US business and achieving a 9x growth over six years. Previous experience includes roles at adidas, where Gallo was General Manager of the Sports License Division and Senior Vice President of Sales for North America, overseeing various aspects of product development, sales, and marketing for licensed sports products. Gallo's early career featured a position as Senior Product Marketing Director at Reebok, focusing on brand development through youth culture. Gallo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Nichols College and has undertaken multiple executive education programs at prestigious institutions, including Harvard and Kellogg.
