Felicity Lentz currently serves as an HR Administrator at New Era Energy, beginning in October 2022, where responsibilities encompass recruitment activities, administrative support to the HR Manager, maintaining records, conducting pre-employment checks, and preparing induction packs for new hires. Previously, Felicity held the position of HR Apprentice at New Era Energy, and prior to that, worked as a Sales Administrator at Scutum South East Ltd from July 2021 to October 2022, handling inquiries and preparing client quotations. Early career experience includes a retail role at Primark from August 2019 to July 2021. Felicity is pursuing CIPD Level 3 in People Practice, set to complete in July 2024, and holds a Diploma of Education in Business Studies from Harlow College and GCSEs from Stewards Academy Trust.
