Paul Thomas is a seasoned housing management and regeneration professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Housing at New Forest District Council since May 2024. With a robust background that includes impactful roles such as Senior Housing and Regeneration Professional on a freelance basis and Assistant Director of Regeneration at Isle of Wight Council, Paul has demonstrated expertise in delivering major regeneration schemes, housing management, and strategic development.
