Michael Mulder

Michael Mulder has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael is currently the Vice President of Finance at New Fortress Energy, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Finance, Economics, and Planning at Signet Maritime Corporation from January 2022 to March 2022. From September 2019 to January 2022, Mulder was the Principal and Owner of Dark Tower Solutions, LLC. Michael has also served as the Vice President of Finance at EPIC Companies, LLC from August 2018 to August 2019. Mulder's earlier experience includes roles such as Vice President of Finance at Ranger Offshore, Inc., where they managed financial capital, oversaw financial reporting, and contributed to M&A activities. Michael also held positions as Director of Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Manager at Ranger Offshore, where they worked on financial analysis, forecast modeling, and banking relationships. Before that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at CNS Therapeutics, Inc. and as a Business Development Analyst at Paddock Laboratories.

Michael Mulder earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Law and Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Economics and Strategic Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
