Josh Winter

Josh Winter is a seasoned geologist currently working at New Found Gold Corp. since April 2022, having previously held roles at the same company as a Field Geologist focused on the Queensway Project. Prior experience includes a Geophysicist (Seismic) Intern position at PGS, where assistance was provided in 3D survey deployments and data quality control. Other notable experiences include contributions as a Research Assistant at Memorial University of Newfoundland and as a Field Geologist Assistant with the Geological Survey of Newfoundland and Labrador, emphasizing skills in regional mapping, till sampling, and core handling. Josh Winter holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Chemistry and Earth Sciences from Memorial University of Newfoundland, earned in 2021.
