Aimie Frapporti has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. They began their career in 2014 as a Human Resources Administrator at Detour Gold Corporation. From there, they progressed to become a Human Resources Business Partner within the same company. In 2020, Aimie joined Kirkland Lake Gold (KL) as a Human Resources professional. Currently, they are working at New Gold Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Superintendent, showing their growth and expertise in the field.

From 2011 to 2014, Aimie Frapporti pursued a Diploma in Human Resources at the Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology.
