Dr. Neill Alleva

Dr. Neill Alleva serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources at Katonah Lewisboro School District since June 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Alleva held various positions, including Assistant Principal and Principal at Mamaroneck Union Free School District from July 2016 to January 2022, and Educational Specialist at The Greater Ridgewood Youth Council from August 2014 to January 2022, overseeing pedagogy for middle school after school programs in Queens, NY. Dr. Alleva began a career in education at the NYC Department of Education, serving as a 5th Grade ELA Teacher from September 2001 to January 2022, and held leadership roles such as Chair and Co-Chair of PBIS. Academically, Dr. Alleva earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University and holds multiple degrees and certifications across various educational fields, including a Master of Education in Elementary Education from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University.
