Tyne Roberts

Tyne Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Hearthstone Lodge in 2008 and continued in this position until 2014. In 2012, Tyne also worked as an Irrigation and Drainage Engineering Student and later as an Applied Research Assistant at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. They then had two stints as an Entomology Student at Pacific Agri-Foods Research Center in 2013 and 2014. From 2017 to 2020, Tyne was a Fisheries Biologist at Hemmera. Currently, Tyne works as an Environmental Scientist, Jr. at New Gold Inc.

Tyne Roberts began their education in 2010 at Thompson Rivers University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Ecology and Environmental Biology. They attended this institution until 2015. In 2015, Tyne started their graduate studies at both the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Simon Fraser University, pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Ecological Restoration at both institutions. Their studies at both universities concluded in 2017.
