Edward Mussey has over two decades of experience in public works project management, currently serving as a Public Works Project Manager I for the State of New Hampshire since May 1999. Responsibilities include preparing location studies and design plans, supervision of field studies, and data analysis related to various facility systems. Prior to this role, Edward held positions in shipping at Pleasant View Gardens and as a Military Police Officer in the US Army Reserves. Earlier experience includes work as a laborer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the New England District. Edward holds a B.S. in Soil Science from the University of New Hampshire and a degree in Civil Technology/Construction Management from the Thompson School of Applied Sciences at UNH.
