Brent Allen

Brent Allen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and application engineering. Currently serving as an IT Technical Support Administrator at New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. since December 2018, Brent has played a key role in creating Lean processes and developing a work-from-home infrastructure in preparation for the pandemic. Prior to this, Brent worked as an Application Engineer and Quality Assurance Specialist at AVITRU, focusing on software updates and customer relationships. Additional experience includes positions at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange, Nordstrom, Divisions Maintenance Group, and Eckerd College, showcasing a consistent track record in IT support and database management. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Eckerd College.
