Tyler Traeger

Tyler Robert Traeger is an Operations Leader and Project Leader/Business Analyst at New Hampshire Industries since August 2021, previously serving as a Materials Planner at Schwan's Company from March 2020 to August 2021. At Schwan's Company, key responsibilities included managing over 70 vendors with an $80 million annual spend and improving on-time ingredient delivery across multiple manufacturing facilities. Prior to that, Tyler served as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator and Buyer/Planner at New Hampshire Industries, facilitating training in lean manufacturing and implementing processes that significantly enhanced shipment reliability and reduced inventory costs. Tyler's experience also includes a role as a Senior Materials Intern at TechnipFMC, where notable achievements included creating a safety stock management system and improving inventory management practices. Tyler holds a degree in Project and Supply Chain Management with a minor in Management Information Systems from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, completed in 2018.
